Parksons Games & Sports, a Mumbai-based games and sports company, faced fragmented project management—teams and departments worked independently and coordinated mainly by e-mail and meetings. CTO Aditi Sheth-Kejriwal needed a simpler way to organize newer projects, manage contacts and files, and streamline collaboration with outside vendors.

They implemented DeskAway for about 8–10 users, attracted by its user-friendly dashboard, calendar and contacts features, and file/version sharing. The tool centralized project organization, improved communication and reduced in-house emailing, allowed external partners to access artwork and files, and became part of daily workflow with staff keeping it open alongside their mail.
