KRKA, d.d., an international generic pharmaceutical company selling to more than 70 countries, needed a fast, reliable way to inform employees and manufacturing line operators about system failures, maintenance, upgrades and other critical events — many users accessed systems via terminals or the company intranet. To solve this, KRKA implemented DeskAlerts software to deliver targeted, immediate notifications across its production and intranet environments.
