Anglicare streamlines visitor management across 70+ villages with Designpluz

Designpluz was engaged by Anglicare, a non-profit aged care organisation in NSW, to address the challenge of streamlining visitor management and resident service requests across over 70 villages. The organisation needed a user-friendly solution accessible to elderly residents, including those with limited English proficiency, to reduce administrative burdens.

The solution was a custom web application developed by Designpluz and hosted on Microsoft Azure. Deployed on large kiosks in each village, it featured a simple interface with multilingual support and integrated directly with ARCHIBUS service management software. This implementation significantly reduced staff workload by automating check-ins and service requests, allowing reception to focus more on resident care while also providing a direct channel for resident feedback.
