The Coal Shed, an award-winning restaurant, engaged DesignLSM to adapt its successful Brighton interior design for a new London location at One Tower Bridge. The challenge was to tailor the existing concept to appeal to the new local demographic while maintaining the brand's luxurious and elevated identity within a large, glass-walled space.

DesignLSM implemented a warm and atmospheric design using a rich material palette including green marble, burnt timber, and aged bronze to create a cosy and intimate feel. The solution featured an open kitchen pass to showcase the charcoal cooking and a welcoming bar area. The successful outcome was highlighted by positive press from Restaurant Magazine and Big Hospitality, which praised DesignLSM's clever design for making the glass-box site feel intimate and luxurious.
