The Alchemist, an experiential restaurant and cocktail bar group, required a refurbishment of its original Manchester site in Spinningfields to improve operational efficiencies and update its aesthetic for a more engaging guest experience. The vendor, DesignLSM, was engaged for restaurant and bar interior design services to address this challenge.

DesignLSM implemented a cosmic alchemy-inspired design, creating a theatrical and immersive environment with bespoke lighting and furniture that enhanced the venue's ambience. The compelling design was completed within a rapid one-month program. The successful outcome led to a continued collaboration, with DesignLSM going on to deliver several re-designs for the brand, including an award-winning design for a new London location.
