Searcys refreshes Europe’s longest Champagne Bar with DesignLSM

Searcys, an established hospitality group, engaged DesignLSM to redesign and evolve their iconic Champagne Bar at St Pancras International station. The challenge was to reimagine this prominent destination, Europe's longest Champagne Bar, in a way that honored the brand's heritage while fitting into the stunning Grade I Listed architectural surroundings.

DesignLSM created a glamorous and opulent design concept that drew inspiration from Searcys' prestigious heritage and the historic romance of rail travel. The solution integrated modern design and technology, including the installation of signature 'Press for Champagne' buzzers on tables to create an immersive experience. The vendor's work elevated the bar into a luxurious drinks and dining destination, successfully heralding a new era for the venue and harmonizing it with the recently refurbished Brasserie.
