Pavilion creates a 1-space restaurant and delicatessen with DesignLSM

The customer, Pavilion, engaged the design vendor DesignLSM to reimagine the ground floor of its London venue. The challenge was to combine an existing cafe with a neighboring retail unit to create a single, multi-functional space that would serve both its discerning club members and the public.

DesignLSM delivered a comprehensive solution, creating a contemporary space featuring a delicatessen, a champagne bar, a fine restaurant with an open kitchen, and a florist. The design incorporated bespoke elements like commissioned art, handcrafted furniture, and custom light features. As a result of this redesign, Pavilion's restaurant was shortlisted for a prestigious International Hotel Award in the 'Best Restaurant' category.
