DesignLSM was commissioned by the Billesley Manor Hotel & Spa, a historic country house hotel in Stratford-upon-Avon, to reposition and elevate its brand and guest experience. The challenge was to refurbish the property and create a new brand identity that reflected its rich history and connection to Shakespeare.

Working collaboratively with the client, DesignLSM first executed a strategic branding project to create a new brand DNA. This was followed by an interior design solution that refurbished the bedrooms and front-of-house areas, drawing inspiration from the property's history and countryside setting. The solution implemented by DesignLSM successfully repositioned the hotel to create an immersive experience that aims to inspire new stories and memories for its guests.
