Design by Structure built a brand proposition around PrestaShop's active community, coining "WeCommerce is better eCommerce." They created a distinctive brand character, Preston the puffin, and delivered a full branding toolkit. This shift led to strong internal adoption and notable market traction, including a launch day where #Prestashopday became a top trending topic on Twitter in France.
