Ankura, a global consulting firm specializing in expert advisory services, engaged Design for People to elevate the user experience of their AI-powered applications. Their challenge was designing for a large, diverse userbase with varying levels of AI familiarity, from power users to those who had never used AI tools before, in order to encourage widespread adoption.

Design for People implemented a user-centered design solution by conducting research and creating intuitive interfaces for several AI applications, including a conversational AI named Nora GPT, a computer vision data tool called Xtractor, and a meeting notes analysis application named Nora Notes. These applications, which are now deployed and in use by both Ankura employees and their clients, have received very positive feedback for providing solutions to complex problems.
