NHS Patient Survey Programme boosts survey downloads 33% with Design Culture

The NHS Patient Survey Programme, coordinated by Picker and the Care Quality Commission (CQC), needed a new website to organize and provide access to a large volume of survey results and resources. Their existing structure was complicated and laborious, making it difficult for healthcare organizations and patients to navigate and find information. They engaged the WordPress web development agency Design Culture to address this challenge.

Design Culture designed and built a responsive WordPress website with an easy-to-use backend functionality for batch uploading and tagging files. They simplified the user journey with a clean, logical navigation structure. The solution led to a 33% increase in conversion rates for survey downloads and a 51.5% decrease in pages viewed per session, as information could be found much more quickly and easily.
