Plant Therapy, an organic essential oils company in Twin Falls, Idaho, struggled with no visibility into inventory, inefficient manual picking and frequent mispicks that threatened revenue and the ability to scale. To address these challenges they implemented Deposco’s fulfillment system to gain inventory visibility, streamline picking and support promotional bundling.

Using Deposco, Plant Therapy increased picking from about 124 orders/hour to nearly 500 items/hour (a 300% increase), expanded order volume 7x, and achieved average fulfillment under 24 hours—often within 2–3 hours.
