Onestop, a Los Angeles–based full‑spectrum e‑commerce provider that expanded into third‑party logistics, struggled as its homegrown e‑commerce platform could not support multi‑customer warehousing, real‑time inventory visibility, or scalable integrations. To modernize and scale fulfillment, Onestop selected Deposco’s cloud‑based warehouse and inventory management solution — leveraging modules such as Bright Socket for integrations, Bright Order (DOM) and Bright Warehouse for execution, and Bright Performance for reporting.

Deposco implemented a standardized, flexible integration framework and real‑time inventory/DOM and warehouse execution capabilities, enabling batch picking, carrier API label printing, and centralized inventory across Onestop’s own facility and partner DCs/stores. As a result, Onestop’s order volume rose about 150%, daily shipments increased 200%, warehouse capacity expanded by 400%, and Onestop now manages 40+ clients more efficiently — all while improving inventory accuracy and speeding customer onboarding thanks to Deposco.
