Deposco lifts weight by building a stronger fulfillment network for Titan Distributors

Titan Distributors, a seller of commercial fitness equipment, ramps, and outdoor items, was limited by a paper-based legacy WMS and no special-handling rules, which capped growth at about 128k orders/year and produced poor visibility, high onboarding error rates, and unmanageable pickups and returns. To address these issues they engaged Deposco, implementing Deposco’s WMS and DOM solutions.

Deposco deployed its WMS and DOM to enable rapid warehouse rollouts, intelligent network fulfillment, multi-carrier rate shopping, and Amazon Seller Fulfilled Prime (SFP) capability. As a result, Titan saw a 50% reduction in order processing time, a 69% increase in annual shipment volume, sales lift of 100% in every U.S. state (within the first month of offering Prime), added 15+ carriers and reduced shipping costs, faster and less error-prone onboarding, and much-improved inventory visibility.
