Baron Manufacturing, a growing supplier of hardware (clips, eye-bolts, snaps, cables and chains), was operating without a warehouse management system and relied on QuickBooks alone, which led to inventory discrepancies, unknown stock locations and major fulfillment inefficiencies. To resolve these issues they engaged Deposco to modernize their inventory and order management.

Deposco implemented its pre-built QuickBooks integration, EDI connections with SPS Commerce and the Bright Order application to control inventory, streamline order-to-cash and automate fulfillment. As a result, Baron achieved 99% inventory accuracy, a 400% increase in daily revenue, a 125% increase in warehouse square footage utilization, eliminated paper-based processes and enabled same-day shipping and better purchasing decisions — all enabled by Deposco.
