Altitude Sports is a Canadian e-commerce clothing and outdoor retailer that scaled rapidly but faced major fulfillment challenges: rising order volumes, returns, difficulty onboarding suppliers, seasonal spikes and no tolerance for downtime. To address these issues they engaged Deposco for a tailored supply-chain and fulfillment solution.

Deposco performed a full supply-chain analysis and deployed a fulfillment solution (including batch shipping, purchase-order-to-warehouse transfers and carrier integrations with Canada Post, UPS and FedEx) to optimize Altitude Sports’ warehouses and omnichannel operations. The Deposco implementation enabled shipping to 50+ countries, supported rapid labor onboarding, increased order accuracy from 90% to 99.95% and inventory accuracy to 99.75%, and drove a 54% increase in annual order volume, 3X shipments and a 70% uplift in sales in the first year.
