PT Toyota‑Astra Motor (TAM), the joint‑venture distributor and market leader for Toyota in Indonesia, was hampered by a fragmented data landscape. Heavy reliance on SSIS ETL, multiple data marts and replicated datasets created slow, manual processes, high maintenance costs, data latency and inconsistent definitions of key business metrics, which led to shadow IT and left management without a single version of the truth.
