Faced with rising costs from late payments and the time-consuming task of locating untraceable debtors by manually searching public directories and social sites, Reintegra needed a faster, automated way to find valid contact numbers and accelerate recoveries.
Using Denodo Data Virtualization (deployed in one month), Reintegra automated web extraction with “robot” searches across public sources, normalized and prioritized results, and integrated enriched contact data directly into corporate systems while observing data‑protection rules. The solution raised valid phone identification and debt-location rates to about 5%, multiplied search productivity by 40x, and increased agent capacity from ~15–20 files/hour to over 800 files/hour (≈53x), delivering lower costs, fewer errors, and faster collections.
