Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) faced challenges managing massive daily transactional stock and bond trading data spread across distributed, standalone systems. This made it difficult to integrate diverse data sources, prepare data efficiently, and create new revenue streams from data services. IDX turned to Denodo Technologies and the Denodo Platform to help address these issues.

Denodo Technologies implemented a centralized logical data layer with the Denodo Platform, integrating real-time messaging, streaming data, and APIs into IDX’s new Market Data System. This improved governance and accelerated data delivery, enabling IDX to offer data-as-a-service. The impact included more than 175 APIs in use, faster market data access, and new incremental revenue streams from new data services.
