Cymer, a leading supplier of deep and extreme ultraviolet light for semiconductor photolithography (now part of ASML), needed to reduce neon gas usage during a global slowdown but lacked the predictive analytics needed to do so. Critical data was scattered across multiple systems and moving it into a single repository was too costly and time-consuming, blocking fine‑grained data management and decision making.
