Serviam Care Network Scales its Holistic Senior Care Approach with Dendi LIS

Serviam Care Network, through its diagnostics arm Serviam Diagnostics, needed a modern laboratory information system to replace a legacy platform that was hard to use, lacked key LTPAC functionality, and could not support the integrations required for growth. The poor user experience, missing test management features, and limited interoperability were creating operational inefficiencies and making it difficult to scale across senior care communities. Dendi LIS was selected to address these issues.

With Dendi LIS, Serviam Care Network gained an intuitive platform, reliable APIs for integrations with EHRs, CRMs, PowerBI, and other systems, and responsive support to update workflows in real time. Dendi helped streamline processes such as UTI template management, improve onboarding and staff adoption, and eliminate frequent system crashes. The impact was significant: 40 communities were already live, 90 more were transitioning the next month, and the company planned to onboard over 350 communities by Q2 2025, with all 474 communities expected to be on Dendi by Q1 2025.
