Sirva, the company behind Allied Van Lines and North American Van Lines, needed Den Aviary to design, develop, and implement an email program that would increase incremental revenue and strengthen brand affinity. The project focused on improving customer engagement across the pre-move lifecycle, with support from a lead management campaign tied into Sirva’s lead management database.

Den Aviary built a triggered email strategy, tested timing and content at each stage, and completed a full migration from multiple ESPs to a new ExactTarget account in under four days. As a result, Den Aviary became Sirva’s full-service email marketing team, delivering triggered lead management emails and post-booking cross-sell campaigns that produced a significant lift in incremental revenue through affiliate offers and moving supply materials.
