Den Aviary conducted multivariate testing and program analysis, then built out a more strategic email program using ExactTarget, including automation, triggered awareness and cross-sell campaigns, re-engagement flows, and a better process for ad-hoc sends. Den Aviary also implemented an MX-record-based resting strategy, and the combined approach doubled open rates on promotional campaigns and increased average delivery rates from 85% to 98%.
