Demostack helped Synack modernize this process with a more flexible, scalable, and secure demo experience.
With Demostack’s sandbox and modular demo capabilities, Synack created persona-based demos, enabled self-serve access for AEs, CS, and marketing, and reduced reliance on engineering support. The results were significant: demo length dropped from about an hour to 10–15 minutes, more teams could run demos independently, and Synack cut hidden demo maintenance costs equivalent to more than a full-time salary, while helping speed up the sales cycle.
