The customer, Propeller, an impact marketing company, partnered with the vendor Democracy Works to leverage its TurboVote service. Their challenge was to engage a fan base that was largely unregistered to vote and convert that fan engagement into meaningful civic action, such as voter registration.

Democracy Works implemented its TurboVote platform with new user engagement tracking, which provided real-time alerts to partners. This allowed Propeller to automatically reward users for taking action and enabled effective follow-up outreach. The solution resulted in 330,417 total actions and 53,983 voter registrations across 70 campaigns, demonstrating a highly successful model for driving civic participation.
