Dematic implemented its Multishuttle system to automate the supply of item containers to two order-picking zones. The solution resulted in a 50% increase in overall productivity, a significant reduction in error rates, and a fivefold increase in order pickers' performance. The system also allowed Alloga to double its warehouse volumes within the existing building footprint while improving workstation ergonomics.
