The Reject Shop, a major discount variety retailer in Australia, faced logistics challenges due to its rapid, ad-hoc growth and outdated distribution facilities. Dematic implemented a unique voice-directed 'put' picking system at the new Tullamarine facility, one of the first of its kind globally.
