Veracode, an application security company, struggled with scattered account data, limited access to client intelligence, the need to export Salesforce data for analysis, and difficulty visualizing organizational structures for account planning. To address these challenges they engaged DemandFarm and deployed DemandFarm’s Org Chart software.
DemandFarm implemented a Salesforce-integrated Org Chart solution, centralized account data, customized the tool, and ran user training to drive adoption. As a result DemandFarm eliminated manual CRM exports, gave account teams realtime visual maps of client relationships, improved prioritization and account planning, and saw increased usage of the Org Chart by the end of the first quarter as teams began using it in account reviews, deal reviews and QBRs to close deals faster.
