DemandCaster was implemented as an integrated, cloud-based planning layer (via NetSuite/SuiteApp) that improved demand forecasting, inventory flow and cross-functional collaboration, enabling proactive inventory moves and smarter sourcing. As a result of DemandCaster, STM Brands increased operating margin by 20% (gross profit margin +5%), reduced costly air freight by 50%, lowered freight-to-sales by 25% year‑over‑year, and reported a 50% increase in sales profits.
