Demand Works implemented Smoothie® to support item supersessions, multi‑customer demand planning, and integration of new brands and distribution patterns, enabling brand managers to plan directly in the system. The solution scaled with HRB through multiple acquisitions (new brands onboarded in under six months), became the foundation for sales forecasting and budgeting, and delivered measurable results: a 15% reduction in inventories alongside improved customer fill rates, faster answers from a lean planning team, and smoother integration of newly acquired businesses.
