Fidelity Clearing Canada, a provider of back-office support for brokerage firms, faced a major challenge when a delayed contract left them with only five weeks to implement and learn Marketo to execute a critical, six-city tour for their 10th anniversary. To meet this tight deadline, they engaged the marketing consultancy Demand Spring to get their new Marketo instance operational quickly and get event invitations sent out.
Demand Spring implemented a pragmatic solution, building a lean Marketo structure focused on tokens to efficiently populate dynamic content across numerous emails and landing pages. This allowed the Fidelity team to drastically reduce the time needed to build event programs. As a result, Demand Spring enabled the successful and timely launch of a complex, multi-touch marketing campaign, with the client's team able to take over building programs almost immediately after their initial Marketo training.
