Onemed Unifies Planning Processes, Reduces Global Inventory

OneMed, recently acquired by a private equity firm, faced fragmented supply‑chain operations with duplicated inventory across multiple country warehouses and an unreliable homegrown forecasting system. To centralize and tighten control, OneMed selected Demand Solutions Forecast Management and Replenishment Planning to replace its manual, country‑by‑country approach.

Demand Solutions Europe implemented and integrated the solution with OneMed’s Jeeves ERP (including a pre‑go‑live “Quick Pilot”), enabling centralized forecasting and replenishment. As a result, planning time fell from hours to minutes, two planning FTEs were eliminated, OneMed closed its Norway warehouse and half of its Denmark warehouse, and inventory levels dropped even as sales grew—improving service levels and supply‑chain visibility.
