InterfaceFLOR Australia, the Asia‑Pacific arm of the global modular carpet tile maker InterfaceFLOR, faced a rapid five‑fold expansion, frequently changing customer tastes, many short‑lead small orders and a surge in new product introductions — all while relying on spreadsheets for forecasting. To gain control and a collaborative forecasting process, InterfaceFLOR adopted Demand Solutions’ forecasting and collaboration software, moving to the Demand Solutions Pipeline to bring sales, marketing and operations onto a single planning platform.
