YUKO Lubricants, a modern Ukrainian plant producing more than 300 lubricant names and over 2,000 finished-product SKUs for customers in 70 countries, needed a way to ensure trouble-free supply of products while automating production planning and inventory management. To address this challenge, YUKO evaluated Demand Driven Technologies’ cloud-based Replenishment+ solution, which is built on the DDMRP methodology.

Demand Driven Technologies implemented Replenishment+ after YUKO’s team visited another customer and strengthened its internal training with Demand Driven Institute workshops. As a result, 100% of YUKO’s active product nomenclature is now managed by the cloud system, helping standardize planning and inventory control across the business.
