The company was struggling with too much of the wrong materials, not enough of the right ones, and persistent gaps in stock-out rates, on-time in-full performance, and forecast accuracy.
Demand Driven Technologies helped CCBA implement a Demand Driven Material Requirements Planning (DDMRP) approach using Replenishment+ after an initial pilot and spreadsheet rollout. The vendor’s solution improved visibility into raw materials and finished goods, and in Namibia it drove a 29% reduction in total inventory within the first two months; CCBA later expanded the deployment to additional countries.
