ABI Attachments, a manufacturer of ground-engaging attachments for the equine, sports turf, contractor, and property owner markets, needed a better way to manage planning as it brought more production in-house. Its spreadsheet-based system and even NetSuite ERP were not giving the team enough visibility to prevent stockouts across more than 1,200 component parts.

To solve this, ABI Attachments implemented Demand Driven Technologies’ Replenishment+ using the DDMRP methodology. The solution improved inventory, production, and materials planning visibility, eliminated stockouts, and reduced active inventory by 18% while supporting 12% year-over-year sales growth. Service levels stayed at 94%, and the company also gained the ability to expand in-house production more efficiently.
