Deluxe helped Remote Deposit Capture (RDC), a large Midwest bank’s RDC program, address rising costs and customer experience issues tied to its legacy USB-based scanners. The bank needed a way to reduce implementation time, lower technical support burden, and improve onboarding for its desktop and mobile RDC customers.

Deluxe implemented RDM EC9600i series network check scanners, giving the bank a driverless, easier-to-support hardware platform.
