SES, a defense contractor founded in 1988 that develops and manufactures systems for aviation, ground and federal customers, was growing into larger contracts that required an Earned Value Management System (EVMS) and DCMA surveillance once work exceeded $20M. The integration automated approvals, increased transparency from CAM to senior management, enabled instant data traces for DCMA audits, reduced workflow time and errors, standardized processes, and improved overall project quality and efficiency.
