Blueprint Project Solutions Determines Acumen Risk is the Best Fit for their Business and their Customers

Blueprint Project Solutions is a management consultancy specializing in project controls, project management, and commercial management services, and it needed a better quantitative schedule risk analysis (QSRA) tool to replace its aging Primavera Risk Analysis software. The team wanted a solution that was easy to use, did not require specialist risk resources, worked with Microsoft Project and Primavera P6, and could produce clear schedule/cost risk outputs for its clients.

Blueprint Project Solutions evaluated several options and selected Deltek Acumen Risk, along with Acumen FUSE, after a phased review and trial process. Deltek’s solution met all key requirements, enabling Blueprint to carry out risk modelling, integrated schedule/cost analysis, and standalone cost models with better outputs and schedule analytics; as a result, Blueprint approved the implementation and now recommends Deltek Acumen Risk to clients in place of Primavera Risk Analysis.
