Delphix Drives US Army’s Logistics Modernization Program

The U.S. Army’s Program Executive Office Enterprise Information Systems (PEO EIS) runs the Logistics Modernization Program (LMP), one of the world’s largest supply chain, maintenance, and financial management systems. Under the Federal Data Center Consolidation Initiative, PEO EIS had to migrate five major ERP systems to a centralized DISA facility by 2018—while keeping LMP operational. The solution enabled fast data refreshes and rapid environment provisioning (3 hours vs. weeks), cut data center storage needs by 90%, accelerated testing and issue resolution, and lowered ongoing costs—while supporting follow-on modernization initiatives such as cloud, shared services, and virtualization.
