Kaibosh, a Norwegian eyewear brand founded in 2013 and distributed in 300+ stores, needed a better way to manage its highly creative product development process. As the team worked to create every product from scratch while coordinating across design, sales, marketing, and customer experience, they faced the challenge of staying organized, improving time to market, and avoiding chaotic workflows.
To address this, Kaibosh implemented Delogue PLM as the backbone of its design and development department. Delogue PLM helped Kaibosh manage multiple collections at once, streamline data flows, and reduce manual data entry by creating products once and syncing them across ERP, e-commerce, shop-in-shop, and POS systems. The result was a more organized creative process, improved supplier communication, fewer errors, and faster workflows that supported product innovation.
