The Miami Marlins used Delivra to manage employee contact records in their CRM, but they were manually exporting CSV files and uploading them into Delivra every week to keep their data current. This recurring process was functional, but inefficient and time-consuming for a team that needed regular updates to employee contacts.
Delivra implemented an FTP/SFTP integration that automated the weekly CSV transfer from the Marlins’ CRM into Delivra, allowing contact records to be added and updated automatically. As a result, the Miami Marlins saved time, reduced manual effort, and kept an up-to-date employee list for email communications with recurring weekly updates.
