Human Kinetics, a Delivra customer, was struggling with an outdated email list because it hadn’t run a contact clean-up or re-engagement campaign in years. This was hurting performance analytics and making its email metrics less reliable, while also risking deliverability issues.
With help from Delivra’s Customer Success Manager and Delivra’s automation builder, Human Kinetics segmented unengaged contacts and launched a re-engagement email series with an incentive to stay subscribed. Delivra helped improve list health and accuracy, with open rates rising from about 11%–13% to 16%–17% and clickthrough rate increasing by 0.4%.
