Credit Union Leasing of America (CULA), a 30-year leader in indirect vehicle leasing for credit unions, needed a better way to deliver consistent communications to its credit union partners and auto dealer audiences. As a one-person marketing team, CULA worked with Delivra and its email marketing platform to support newsletters, announcements, and more effective audience engagement.
Delivra implemented email marketing tools, analytics, and a Salesforce integration that allowed CULA to segment contacts by criteria like state or dealer franchise and send more targeted campaigns. The results were strong: CULA grew its newsletter list by 60.5%, from 889 to 1,427 subscribers, and increased open rates from 11.4% to 15.7%; for segmented sends, open rates rose from about 20% to as high as 41%.
