Morris Communications, a privately held media company that contracts IT to NIIT Technologies, needed a secure, low-touch identity solution when it migrated from on-premises Office to Office 365. The company also faced rapidly growing Box.com usage and an earlier SSO product that stored passwords in the cloud—a security concern—and found Microsoft AD FS too costly and complex due to required hardware and specialist administration.
