Lending Solutions, Inc. Leverages Centrify to Implement Emergency Remote Access for Privileged Users While Maintaining PCI Compliance

Lending Solutions, Inc. (LSI), a financial services technology company, faced the challenge of rapidly enabling a secure, compliant remote workforce for hundreds of call center agents at the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic. As a PCI-regulated business, they needed to implement a solution that would protect privileged access to sensitive client banking systems. Delinea (then Centrify) provided the targeted solution with its Privileged Access Service (PAS).

Delinea enabled LSI to quickly provision secure remote access by extending its existing Centrify PAS deployment. The solution allowed agents to connect via a portal using role-based credentials vaulted by Delinea, eliminating the need for insecure shared passwords. This allowed LSI to get approximately 400 agents working from home safely and productively within a very short timeframe, all while maintaining full compliance with stringent PCI and EI3PA regulations.
