The challenge was to improve security and usability while ensuring compliance with password policies and privacy requirements.
Network Professional Services implemented Centrify Identity Service in October 2014, integrating with Active Directory to provide single sign-on, role-based access via Org Units and browser shortcuts. The result: employees now use one personal password, reducing password-related risk, improving productivity and satisfaction, simplifying offboarding and helping the dealership meet AD and Privacy Act requirements.
