ELC leverages Centrify for Single Sign-on, Multi-factor Authentication and Enterprise Mobility Management

Early Learning Coalition (ELC) of Palm Beach County is a non-profit that provides access to affordable, high-quality early learning programs. Facing the end of an outsourced contract, ELC brought services in-house—adding nearly 100 employees, opening satellite offices, and preparing for roughly 300% growth—but lacked the infrastructure and tight timeline to support rapid expansion while meeting security and compliance requirements. They needed cloud-based single sign-on, strong two-factor authentication, and mobile device management.

ELC selected Centrify for integrated SSO, multi-factor authentication and Enterprise Mobility Management (with Samsung Knox integration) and used Centrify professional services to roll out Office 365 and other apps. The result was seamless access to email and cloud apps, simplified device provisioning and user onboarding/offboarding, stronger remote-access security, improved compliance, fewer password resets and a smaller IT workload.
