How Storytel gets a shared understanding of features they build

Storytel, the audiobook and ebook streaming service, faced growing variability and information loss as multiple PMs wrote long feature-refinement documents in different styles. To bring consistency and preserve discovery insights, Storytel adopted Delibr — using Delibr’s Epic Refinement template and outliner editor (including its Jira integration) as the standard starting point for feature work.

Delibr supplied a template-driven outliner that became Storytel’s single source of truth: teams now begin every project from the Delibr template, keep discovery and delivery in one evolving document, and link Jira issues directly from the outline. Storytel reports that this produced a shared understanding across the organization, eliminated struggles to keep projects documented, made documents easier to navigate, and effectively automated much of the documentation work via Delibr’s Jira integration.
