Using Delib's Citizen Space, Yarlington created an online survey that directly engaged residents. This consultation provided great feedback, which the Group used to make immediate changes to the scrutiny group. The results included a new focus on the issues that mattered most to residents, such as repairs, maintenance, and anti-social behavior, placing the resident voice at the forefront of their decision-making.
